At cubet.dev we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have over it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish law (LOPDGDD and LSSI-CE).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only process the data you provide or that is generated as you browse:

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject and message content.
  • Browsing data (analytics): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate country and cookie identifiers. This data is only collected if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Technical security data: IP address and anti-bot signals processed by Cloudflare to protect the form and the site from abuse (spam).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Each processing activity has a clear legal basis:

  • Responding to your contact form enquiries — legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Measuring and improving site usage through web analytics (Google Analytics) — legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Protecting the site and form against spam and attacks — legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or rent your data. To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Cloudflare Pages), anti-bot protection (Turnstile) and tag management/analytics (Zaraz).
  • Formspree, Inc. — receiving and delivering contact-form messages by email.
  • Google Ireland/LLC — Google Analytics for aggregated usage statistics.

5. International transfers

Some providers (Cloudflare, Formspree, Google) are located in the USA. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provide adequate safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Data retention

We keep contact-form messages for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics configuration (by default, up to 14 months). You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to luisgonzalez@cubet.dev. We will respond within the legally required timeframes.

If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
